Straps to suit every application:
Polypropylene straps
Polypropylene straps, all sizes and colours wound on industry standard coil sizes. Plain or printed; manufactured to the highest quality standards and suitable for approximately 85% of all strapping applications, ideally suited to handtool and semi-automatic machine applications. Printed strap available in six roll minimum lots.

Polyester straps
Polyester straps for the more demanding and heavy duty applications. Available on all standard coil sizes to suit most types of strapping equipment. Typical uses are found in the canning, timber and building products industries where the necessity for strap to retain its tension over long periods is vital.

Woven straps
The latest development in synthetic straps; light as a feather, strong as steel and much easier and safer to use. K-Tec generally costs less than other corded straps, can be retightened if required and uses simple lost cost tooling. It doesn't rust or injure hands and is rapidly replacing steel strap on heavy duty applications.

Steel straps
Steel strapping on industry standard mill or ribbon wound coils, available with blued and waxed, black painted or zinc epoxy finish, manufactured to ISO9002 standards. Hyflex steel strap works fine with all types of handtool and automatic strapping equipment.

Tenop-U-Gas
The only anti-static strap carrying British Coal Board approval No.A5253 for use above and below ground. Tenop-U-Gas has made steel strapping obsolete in the British Mining Industry. Tenop-U-Gas is ideal for very heavy duty applications and is available with system strength up to 2.3 tonnes.

Corded strap
Manufactured from polyester yarn K-Tec corded strap specifications are well known with a wide range to suit all applications. K-Tec corded straps require only a simple tensioner to apply and can re-tensioned if the pack settles or part packs are removed.

Our straps are also absolutely ideal for automatic strapping machines. Straps manufactured to BS5750 and ISO9002 standards are what you need for reliable machine performance and they will probably cost less from us.

Other innovative ideas:
PT strap poka
PT strap pokas reduce both strapping and handling times. Where palletised loads are involved they frequently make stretch-wrapping equipment redundant. Strapping costs much less than stretch-wrap film and using a PT Strap Poka is quicker than taking pallets to an offline stretch wrapper.

VP strap poka
VP strap pokas simultaneously place two vertical straps through pallet voids and around the load in just 8-10 seconds, effectively halving the time taken to strap pallets when compared with manual threading methods. They are also much safer as it is no longer acceptable for employees to repeatedly stoop to operate at ground level.

HV strap poka
HV strap pokas make horizontal strapping very easy and place two or more straps around a pack in less than 10 seconds.
